Give it to Satan

Life is busy to say the least, hectic is more like it.
Satan has been on the prowl since the beginning of the
earth. His goal, as it was with Adam and Eve in Genesis 3,
is sin in our lives. Satan knows that sin separates us
from God (Isaiah 59:1). He is not interested in big sins
or little sins. He is not concerned with us committing
lots and lots of sin. Satan is only interested in one
sin at a time and one person at a time.
The blessing is that Jesus has won the victory over sin.
When Jesus died on the cross as a sinless man for the sin
of all of mankind, Jesus by His perfect life and perfect
sacrifice took away the power of sin and death
(1 Corinthians 15:55-57). He by that same life and
sacrifice gave us victory in Him over sin and death.
If we desire to take the fight to Satan, our greatest
weapon is Jesus Christ. Since He already has won the
victory over sin and death and since he grants that
same victory to those who are in Him, the greatest
defeat that Satan suffers is when a person accepts
Jesus as his savior. Let’s give it to Satan by teaching
others about the victory over sin and death found
in Jesus Christ!
